Tunis 2019: Canado-Belge Mission to develop a new coaching model for SMEs in Tunisia.
On behalf of the OECD, MPII in partnership with H & D Partners from Brussels, conducted an audit during one week in order to develop a tailor-made training course for SME Finance Bank (BFPME) coaches, established in 24 regions of Tunisia.
A week of focus groups, from the CEO of the bank to the account managers and the regional directors, the process was completed by two meetings with twenty start-ups and mature companies. The workshops where led by Giordano Dichter and Francine Masson, with the support of Jouneidi Abderrazak for the OECD.
